1 pound round steak2 tablespoons tapioca1 large can mushrooms and juice1/2 cup water1/2 cup red wine1 envelope dry onion soup mixSalt and pepper1/2 carton sour cream
Trim and cut round steak into strips. Mix all ingredients together in crockpot and cook on LOW for 10 hours.
The last 15 minutes of cooking, add sour cream.
Serve over rice or noodles.
